Snow Covered in New York
The day after Nemo, New York was covered in snow. It was also the day Wesley Mason was flying back to LA and since we don't get to spend much time with each other due to the fact that I travel so much, instead of hitting the shows, I spent my day with him strolling around New York.
Comfort and warmth was key this day, so I wore my Hudson leather pants (it's such a myth that leather pants are uncomfortable!) with a faded neon sweater that matched my bright mini bag from Rebecca Minkoff.

New York Fashion Week Day 1

Last Saturday I arrived in NYC for one of the most important projects I've ever been involved to. As most of you know I teamed up with Marc Jacobs for an amazing event during the New York Fashion Week and I also attended the Marc by Marc Jacobs show on Monday.
I was supposed to be at the Marc Jacobs show as well but unfortunately the designer postponed it to Thursday, so I could't make it.
I was staying at the Standard High Line Hotel in Meatpacking District, one of the most amazing hotels in the city and I experienced the down town life at last!!!
I had a super busy schedule full of shows, interviews, dinners and a lot of shopping :)
I'm in Paris at the moment and on Sunday I'm flying back to Barcelona until the Fashion Week brings me back to "The City of Light" once again.

New York Fashion Week in Leopard
The one absolutely sunny day in New York, I ditched the tights and wore this neoprene skirt that I've been obsessed with awhile (as seen here and here) to attend shows and to different meetings.
I still remember my very first fashion show that I attended a few years back and even though I was sitting somewhere in the far back trying to peep through a bunch of people sitting in front of me, I remember that excitement when the models walked down the runway. Although I may have a way better seat than I had back then, I still have that same excitement when the first model walks down the runway and it never, ever gets old. Sometimes, I even catch myself holding my breath when I see something amazing on the model!

When I got this lovely bow tie from my good friend who started making them for a pure pleasure, I instantly knew that I got to paired it with one of my favorite hats. Touch of olive with forever trending black, little bit of studs and gloves to spice things up!
